HELD:
Pregnancy After Loss
Upcoming Virtual Series:
June 24th - August 29th
Wednesdays: 6:30-8:00 PM (EST)
* This upcoming cohort will bring together bereaved mothers navigating pregnancy after stillbirth or late term loss experiences.
This is a 6-week program created to support mothers navigating pregnancy after loss. Through guided reflection, shared connection, gentle prenatal & trauma informed yoga, and intentional rest, we offer a nurturing space to honor both the baby who died and the baby being carried.
Together, participants are invited to care for their mind, body, and spirit while finding support within a community that understands the complexity of pregnancy after loss.
We meet weekly for 90 minutes in a small group. This helps create connection in a safe setting where all experiences are valued.

The gentle, prenatal friendly movement offered in the Pregnancy After Loss HELD Series is designed to support participants in reconnecting with and caring for their bodies during pregnancy after loss. Practices may help relieve common physical discomforts associated with pregnancy, support circulation and breathing, reduce physical tension, and encourage rest and nervous system regulation.
Classes also include gentle strengthening and supportive movement intended to help prepare and support the body through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.
Classes are intentionally slow, supportive, and accessible, with a strong emphasis on choice, comfort, and meeting the body where it is each week. The focus is on creating space for support, grounding, and gentle connection with the body during a deeply complex experience.
